Orders & Shipping

  • Do you ship worldwide? Yes. We offer FREE express shipping to the USA, UK, EU and Canada, delivered in 3–5 business days. Every order is fully tracked and insured from our warehouse to your door.
  • How much does shipping cost? Express shipping is free on all orders to the USA, UK, EU and Canada.
  • How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use the TRACK YOUR ORDER link in the main menu.
  • When will my order be dispatched? Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Returns & Warranty

  • What is your returns policy? We offer 14 day easy returns. If the lamp is not right for your space, contact us and we will walk you through the return.
  • What if my lamp arrives damaged? Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement.

The Lamps

  • Is assembly required? No. Every lamp arrives fully assembled — plug it in, click the switch and it glows.
  • What voltage do the lamps use? All lamps are 110–240V and work in the USA, UK, EU, Canada and worldwide. Add your country's plug adapter if needed.
  • How long do the LEDs last? 25,000+ hours, which is over 11 years of daily 6-hour use. There are no bulbs to replace.
  • What is the difference between Daylight and White Light? Daylight is a warmer, softer mood glow. White Light is a cooler, brighter output. Both are available on every lamp.
  • Which size should I choose? The 95 cm edition is a floor lamp and works as a room centrepiece. The 35 cm edition is a desk and shelf size for bar carts, side tables and workspaces.
  • Can I use the lamps outdoors? They are designed for indoor use. A dry, covered space such as an enclosed patio is acceptable.

Personalisation

  • What text can I put on my lamp? Add your own name, nickname, initials or a bar sign of your choice. We are not able to print third-party brand names, logos or trademarks, and any such request will be declined before production.

Brand & Licensing

  • Are these officially licensed products? No. Our lamps are independent, retro-styled decorative lighting inspired by everyday object shapes. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any tobacco, stationery or other brand or brand owner. They carry no third-party branding, contain no tobacco, and are decorative lights only.
